Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary: TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors to our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.
- Liaise effectively with legal professionals, facilitating efficient communication and coordination.
- Organise and prioritise tasks with precision, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our services and policies to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within a legal or corporate setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer use, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- A motivated and flexible team player, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
