Director of Sales Performance Optimization

We are a leading food delivery platform powering technology behind numerous restaurants, online orders, delivery, and POS businesses across various regions.
The Sales Performance Manager will be responsible for analysing sales data and implementing effective communication techniques to drive productivity and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily oversight of sales inputs, including forecast sales per agent, calls per day, visits per day, and other critical measures.
- Reviewing sales outputs, conversion rates, and key ratios across teams and territories.
- Analysing marketing campaigns, lead volumes, quality, and cost per acquisition.
- Evaluating agent performance by team and territory, identifying top and bottom performers, and ensuring robust performance management processes.
- Supporting the design of reward and recognition programs to incentivize relevant products and performance.
- Ensuring the balance between sales and overall value creation achieves optimum levels.
- Competitor analysis and internal reporting.
- Reviewing deals and packages with the sales team to ensure relevance in all markets.
- Identifying new market opportunities and product opportunities.
Requirements:
- Analytical mindset and related qualification (desirable).
- At least 5 years of experience supporting sales teams with performance data and reporting.
- SAAS/Tech savvy, understanding of our industry, and the balance between volume and value.
- Strong communication skills, able to adapt plans and fail fast as required.
Estimated Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per annum.
