About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our UK Governance Services team. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality governance advisory and managed services to our listed clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of project-based and managed service client engagements, advising domestic and international clients on UK listing requirements, statutory compliance, governance, and transaction-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including attending Board meetings and delivering listed company compliance.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the Governance Services business and offering.
  • Lead business development activities and client service contract negotiations.
  • Establish and maintain client and external network relationships.
  • Support business management and operational matters as required, including recruitment, resourcing, finance, and risk management.
Requirements
  • Extensive subject matter expertise and experience in performing listed company compliance, corporate governance, and transactional work for UK entities.
  • Business development and client contract negotiation skills.
  • Proven people leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent business, financial, and risk management skills, with the ability to think and act strategically and commercially while protecting the company's reputation.
  • Strong IT skills with experience in developing technology systems to support service delivery.
  • A relevant degree and/or membership of the Corporate Governance Institute (CGI).
