Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a holistic governance framework for Technology activities conducted on UK legal entities. The successful candidate will ensure the organization meets regulatory requirements for effective governance and will partner closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders to drive strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain a governance framework for Technology activities on UK legal entities, ensuring accountability for associated governance and information flows.
  • Challenge Management Information received, drive consistency, and ensure transparent information is provided in review forums.
  • Ensure adherence to UK regulatory requirements and document associated governance and information flows.
  • Work closely with the UK Senior Manager Oversight Office to ensure Technology is across UK legal entity governance matters and is proactively partnering on current and future change agenda.
  • Maintain robust and complete oversight and ongoing monitoring of all core processes that are outsourced or offshored.
  • Represent Technology in related UK legal entity forums with other Products and Functions.

  • The position involves a significant amount of interaction with senior leaders and direct involvement in a variety of strategic projects.
Qualifications
  • Significant level of relevant experience in Technology Risk and with a Legal Entity / Regulatory background in the technology domain.
  • Proficient in developing new ideas to mitigate risk and improve current processes.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree preferred and managerial experience.
