Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Starbucks - Cobra Coffee. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and embody the Starbucks Experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and safety and security procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve store profitability and implement initiatives to drive business results.
