We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our subscribers.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer enquiries efficiently and effectively, utilizing various communication channels to provide timely and accurate responses. This will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all queries are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Processing customer orders and requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all necessary information is obtained and recorded.
  • Providing product information and pricing details to customers, as well as offering subscription offers and campaign details as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to confidentiality and legal compliance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
