Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor to join our team at Yours Clothing Limited. As a Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Sales: Identify opportunities to increase sales and individual customer purchases.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers to deliver a first-class customer experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Till Operations: Operate the till, handle financial transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Stock Management: Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, ensuring the store is always fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Delivery and Stock Handling: Assist with deliveries and stock handling on a regular basis, working efficiently to meet customer demands.
  • Cleaning and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Personal Development: Take responsibility for personal development, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Personality: A warm, friendly, and engaging personality is essential for this role.
  • Motivation: Be highly motivated and driven to succeed, with a desire to be the best.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work well within a team, using own initiative and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment, working hard and smart to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable.
  • Retail Experience: Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion is essential for this role.

Working Hours: The contracted hours stated above are a minimum guaranteed number of weekly hours, with an expectation to work more hours and flexibility required, especially during peak trading periods.

Pay Rate: £11.63 per hour, regardless of age.
