About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Cobra Coffee - Starbucks Franchisee. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Drive Sales Growth: You will develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for ensuring the store is run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on maintaining high standards of customer service, product quality, and store appearance.
  • Customer Experience: You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure that every customer has a positive experience in our store.
  • Business Development: You will identify opportunities to improve business performance, develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, and monitor progress against targets.

Requirements
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: You will have previous experience of managing a retail team, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of retail professionals.
  • Business Acumen: You will have a strong understanding of business principles, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
