Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Administrator/Customer Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure the dealership is kept tidy and well-presented at all times, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive and productive working environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Assist with general administrative duties, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain highest levels of professionalism, ensuring a positive representation of our company.
Requirements
