About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Starbucks - Cobra Coffee. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and embody the Starbucks Experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and safety and security procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to drive store profitability and business growth, working closely with the store manager to develop and implement plans to achieve these goals.

Requirements
  • Previous experience of leading a team in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
