Head of Customer Experience

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Customer Experience to join our team at Nestlé Professional. As a key member of our UK&I Leadership team, you will be responsible for building and driving our CX strategy across every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the focus on customer centricity across the business and create a marketing culture that prioritises the importance of understanding the customer experience and journey.
- Conduct in-depth customer research and analysis to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, adjust and improve the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives and drive regenerative performance and growth at scale.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience management, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate your ability to develop and execute customer experience strategies across omnichannels that drive business growth.
- Have effective analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results.
- Be proficient in customer experience measurement tools and methodologies.
