As a Competent HR Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions in the UK. Your primary responsibilities will include providing support on HR-related queries, handling advice and guidance on various HR matters, and managing third-party providers. You will also be responsible for coaching managers, delivering training, and supporting recruitment efforts.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, preferably Workday. A degree in HR management or equivalent is required. Additionally, high emotional intelligence and the ability to work under pressure are essential traits for this role. The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, based on experience.
