MAMA & Company is seeking an experienced Event Designer to join our team as a Creative Producer. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a selection of core venues and areas at our festivals.

About MAMA & Company

We are a leading festival production company that has been delivering high-quality events for over 15 years. Our festivals are known for their unique atmosphere, creative programming, and dedication to showcasing the best in music, art, and culture.

About the Role

The Creative Producer will work closely with our event management team to ensure that all concepts are deliverable within budget and meet the required health and safety regulations. This includes designing and on-site production of all agreed venues/areas, sourcing and booking suppliers, and managing the on-site creative production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advance: Conceptualize, design, and produce all agreed venues/areas, including venue names, designs, and on-site production. Ensure all concepts are deliverable within budget and meet the required health and safety regulations.
  • On-Site: Manage the on-site creative production team and suppliers to ensure all concepts are delivered and installed to the standard of the company.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in event design and production, preferably in the festival industry.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits
