You will be responsible for planning and executing the club's annual calendar of events, managing logistics, negotiating contracts, and adhering to budgets. Onsite, you will oversee volunteer teams to guarantee a seamless delivery while handling operational aspects such as health and safety, merchandise inventory, and the loading and transportation of equipment.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a benefits package that includes a flexible working model, allowing you to balance your workload and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Audience engagement will be at the heart of your role, as you will market events through e-shots, social media platforms, and the club's magazine. You will also be encouraged to bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance member retention and attract new enthusiasts through unforgettable experiences.
