Automotive Events Coordinator

Live Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sports Car Programme Manager to join their team. As a key member of the events team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a diverse range of events for the Club's 6,000 members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing events from concept to delivery, with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
You'll oversee the club's participation in high-profile events, including the prestigious NEC Classic Motor Show, and work closely with commercial partners to develop exclusive packages for members.
A key aspect of the role will involve collaborating with local chapters to create engaging regional events, which will enhance the overall member experience.
In this role, you'll manage logistics, negotiate contracts, secure licenses, and adhere to budgets. You'll also oversee volunteer teams to ensure seamless delivery and handle operational aspects such as health and safety, merchandise inventory, and equipment transportation.
Audience engagement is critical, and you'll be responsible for marketing events through various channels and encouraging innovative ideas to enhance member retention and attract new enthusiasts.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
