About the Role
">At CV-Library, we're looking for an experienced Customer Journey Designer to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you'll be responsible for designing and crafting intricate customer journeys focused on repairs and maintenance, paying rent, bills, and service charges, and the home lifecycle.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Design and develop detailed journey maps capturing every touchpoint, interaction, and emotion experienced by residents.
- Employ service blueprinting techniques to visualise front-end and back-end processes underlying each journey.
- Present detailed journey maps, insights, and recommendations to Customer Journey Managers, ensuring alignment with the design direction.
Requirements
">- Expertise in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and user experience design.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms specifically designed for journey mapping and design.
What We Offer
">A competitive salary of £42,000 - £46,500 per annum (PAYE), Monday to Friday working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
