Job Description

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing civil engineering and structural projects, preferably within the rail or highways sector.
  • Knowledge of NEC contract suites.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, and APMP.
Responsibilities

As a Rail Projects Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing site teams and supply chains to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality targets.
  • Overseeing projects from tendering to completion, including planning, programming, and commercial cost tracking.
  • Implementing BIM to achieve effective delivery and drive safety through 3D design and visualization.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive car allowance, pension scheme, private healthcare, bonus scheme, death in service benefit, and annual leave.
