Hospitality Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Business Development Lead to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Buid and nurture relationships with key clients, group accounts, and travel agencies
- Prepare regular business development reports and forecasts for senior management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, preferably in serviced apartments or high-end hotels
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Opera and sales analytic tools
- Degree in hospitality management, business, or related field
