We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Project Coordinator to join our team at Adele Carr Recruitment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Project & Commercial department, assisting with the planning and monitoring of various projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project timelines for customer drawings and specifications, ensuring timely completion and efficient use of resources.
  • Assist the commercial team with preparing samples and chasing approvals, maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the shopfloor to ensure packages and materials are sent out, promoting a culture of collaboration and effective communication.
  • Proactively manage incoming emails and calls on behalf of the manager, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Produce project-related documentation and work packs, including risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Organise and file documents in relation to the projects, maintaining a secure and organised digital and physical filing system.
  • Diary management for the Project & Commercial Managers, ensuring effective time management and prioritisation.
  • Assist with inventory management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring stock levels are optimised.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years Administration experience, preferably within construction or manufacturing.
  • A keen eye for detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A hardworking and ambitious nature, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
