The estimated annual salary for this role is £70,000 - £100,000 depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven individual who can provide clear direction to colleagues and ensure the smooth delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a client-facing environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in building project coordination or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building design and construction principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building project management principles and be able to apply them in a practical setting. They will also have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
