About The Role

The post holder will provide a comprehensive, quality, and confidential administrative service to the Gleeds Leighton Hospital Project Management Team. A key requirement of the role will be to help organize and co-ordinate workload and activities in conjunction with and supported by the team to ensure that an efficient service is provided.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing a comprehensive administrative service to the Project Team, including drafting emails and coordinating responses with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Exercising own judgement based on acquired knowledge and experience, as to when to deal with queries or issues personally and when to escalate to the lead PM (or other member of the project/programme team).
  • Producing letters, memos, draft agendas, minutes, reports, tables, presentations, and other documents, fully utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
  • Developing and maintaining systems for monitoring actions across the various workstream groups.
  • Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen or may arise on projects.
