Multidisciplinary Communication Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Chislehurst Neurological Rehabilitation Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing difficulties in individuals with complex needs.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Providing assessment and management of communication and swallowing disorders
- Developing evidence-led therapy programmes at a specialist level, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary working to achieve the best outcomes for our patients
- Participating in service delivery audit and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintaining high standards of clinical care in line with national guidance for excellence
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
