About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Multidisciplinary Communications Strategist to join our team. This role reports into the UK Head of Marketing, leading on DUAL's UK communications and contributing to the development of a comprehensive communications strategy for the entire group.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business, collaborating on initiatives that enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and promote our values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to align with the group's marketing and business objectives.
  • Drive internal and external profile building for executive committee members and managing directors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to deliver engaging internal and external communications campaigns.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of various business areas within the group to tailor communication strategies accordingly.
  • Support the global rebranding initiative by providing insights and efforts towards its success.
  • Work closely with the global corporate communications team and our group PR agency.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in strategic communications. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor content to meet audience needs.
  • An excellent understanding of leading on PR activity, including experience working with insurance press contacts.
  • A good grasp of grammar and strong proof-reading skills.
  • Active listening and strong influencing and presenting skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Experience of working across a variety of communications channels.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a range of benefits designed to support your personal and professional development.
