Job Title: Global Communications Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Communications Strategist to drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement for a transformative business programme. This exciting opportunity involves working on a multi-wave SAP/ERP transformation initiative that aims to enhance process and data standardization across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute and amplify the communication and stakeholder engagement strategy in collaboration with third-party service providers and regional/local teams.
  2. Develop standardized communication assets and organize multi-channel events tailored to various audiences, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
  3. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and foster collaboration to ensure clarity in communication efforts.
  4. Create engaging communication materials that inform and educate stakeholders about deployment actions and changes.
  5. Measure the effectiveness of communications using data and insights to continually improve messaging and reach.
  6. Support Change Champions in localizing and launching communications and events.
  7. Collaborate with the Training Team to integrate key messages related to behavioral and cultural changes into learning content.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in managing business-facing communications campaigns, particularly in complex transformational projects.
  3. Proven track record of collaboration with third-party providers to achieve project goals.
  4. Excellent content development skills and experience in delivering stakeholder events.
  5. Strong understanding of corporate communication channels and innovative approaches to enhance engagement.
  6. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
  7. Proficient in various tools for content creation and communication planning (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Yammer, Canva).
