The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a highly specialist Speech and Language Therapist. As an Autism Speech and Language Specialist Leader, you will play a key role in developing and implementing speech and language therapy programs for our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver individualized speech and language therapy programs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents and caregivers

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with children with autism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £52,000 - £57,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + London Weighting
