Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Multidisciplinary Support Specialist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Waltham Forest, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive mixed secondary school environment.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a related field (e.g., Speech and Language Therapy, Education, Psychology) and experience working with students with Speech and Language difficulties. The role involves providing support to students with Speech and Language difficulties in a classroom setting, working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and conducting assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and progress.
