Job Title: Multidisciplinary Technical Specialist

Job Description: CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. Our team in London seeks a skilled Multidisciplinary Technical Specialist to perform Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance on Plant, Equipment, and Building Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with equipment on site, update drawings, identify critical spares, improve machinery performance, and implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Tech-Savviness: Utilize new equipment and technologies to maintain a productive working environment, collaborate with clients on requests for certain machinery PPMs.
  • Expertise: Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the Maintenance Department, working on Heavy Industrial Machines and Overhead Cranes.
  • Safety Focus: Develop and follow Risk Assessments, addressing any issues that arise from them safely and accurately.
  • Diverse Skills: Work on Motors, Gearboxes, Valves encompassing Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical Systems.
  • Mobile Efficiency: Use mobile devices to accurately project and complete works from the CAFM Maintenance System.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with onsite Site Services to manage Building Services-related issues, responding confidently and accurately as required.
  • Leadership: Assume responsibility as needed for the department, deputizing the Shift Leader during annual leave or sickness.
  • Flexibility: Work overtime as necessary, including nights and weekends, with minimal notice.
  • Requirements: Strong proven experience in manufacturing maintenance, Electrical Competences/Qualifications to 17th Edition, Mechanical Competences/Qualifications, Good multi-skilled ability, PLC Diagnostics/Repair Competencies, NVQ Qualifications to Level 2, Ability to supervise contractors, IPAF, Experience of Heavy Engineering.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
