Job Description

We are seeking an experienced environmental professional to lead our Environmental Management team in London. You will work collaboratively with technical specialists on various projects, coordinate Environmental Impacts Assessments (EIA) and related deliverables, and mentor colleagues in the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leading on the coordination and delivery of environmental work undertaken by multidisciplinary teams.
  2. Line managing a team of environmental professionals and liaising with Practice Management to coordinate the running of the Environmental Management team.
  3. Responsibility for programme and commercial aspects, including budget control.
  4. Championing high standards of environmental performance within multidisciplinary engineering projects.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Master's in an environmental or science subject.
  2. Chartered with relevant post-graduate experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  3. Experience working on major infrastructure projects.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of the EIA process and environmental technical expertise.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a default 25-days leave each year, bank holidays, and options to buy/sell that leave. We offer flexible working arrangements and are committed to developing our people both personally and professionally.
