Role Overview">">As an Environmental Project Lead at Arcadis, you will play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable solutions for our clients. With a strong focus on biodiversity net gain, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing assigned tasks and projects within the business unit or project team.">

Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the delivery of small projects to meet time, budgetary, and safety targets, as well as managing the ecological aspects of client relationships to exceed expectations.

In this role, you will take a leadership position on small to medium-sized projects, providing direction and technical advice while leading by example.

You will also have the opportunity to progress your career through personal development opportunities and mentorship from industry-recognised technical leaders.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) projects">
  • Commercial and project management skills for small to medium-sized projects">
  • Knowledge of ecological principles, environmental legislation, policy, and guidance">
  • In-depth knowledge of plant or animal groups and field survey skills">
  • Excellent reporting skills, with a proven track record in writing Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEAs), Biodiversity Net Gain assessments, Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIAs), and Ecology Chapters for Environmental Statements">

Our estimated salary range for this role is between £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
