Multidisciplinary Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our multidisciplinary team at Cygnet in Dundee, Scotland. As a Multidisciplinary Therapist, you will work collaboratively with patients, families, and carers to promote optimal independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients;
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care;
  • Providing education and training to staff on therapy techniques;
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities;
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours;
  • Ability to take direction from other senior colleagues;
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and passion;
  • Excellent organisational skills.
