Sales Development Specialist

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process to ensure we meet and exceed targets. This role is ideal for a proactive and driven individual with a passion for sales and building lasting customer relationships.

The Role
This position involves lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, track leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software, and identify upselling opportunities to secure hires and sales that meet customer needs and business objectives. As a key member of our sales team, you will generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a proven sales professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivation, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
