Sales Growth Specialist

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
The Role: As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process to ensure we meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software to ensure a well-organised and transparent sales process.
- Upselling and Closing Deals: Identify upselling opportunities to secure hires and sales that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: We are looking for a proactive and driven individual with a passion for sales and building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
