This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Mental Nurse to join our team at Medicare Health Professionals Ltd. As a RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults with mental health needs.
You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans, incorporating risk assessments, risk management, and engagement plans. You will also administer medication as prescribed, within professional guidelines, and ensure that required documentation is completed to the required standard.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
