We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Care Training Coordinator to support our regional training programs in West London, Guildford, and Sussex. As a Care Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs to professionals in care homes, nursing homes, and health and social care environments.
About the Role
- Support the delivery of training sessions to various sites across the region.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a training or education role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the health and social care sector.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and experience.
Location: Woking, Surrey.
Contract: Permanent.
