Resident Care Coordinator

The Resident Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the care and support of our residents. This role involves working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure seamless delivery of person-centred care.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the care and support of residents
- Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans
- Contributing to the development of care plans and risk assessments
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. If you have a background in health and social care and are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
