We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lifestyle Development Specialist to join our team at Care UK. In this role, you will be responsible for helping residents enjoy each day by making sure they receive quality care and support. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that residents' personal needs are met, and their dignity is respected.

Your new role involves leading the care team during allocated shifts, maintaining the highest standards of personal care for residents, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. You will also identify residents' unique goals and implement personalized activity plans to enhance their well-being. With our comprehensive training programs, you will develop the skills needed to excel in this role.

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location). Benefits include wage stream access, bank holiday pay enhancements, career development opportunities, hundreds of online and in-store discounts, annual purchase holiday scheme, and wellbeing support.
