About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Programmes Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library in Surrey. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by delivering engaging and meaningful activities.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement care programmes that cater to diverse interests and abilities. This will involve working closely with our care staff to create a stimulating environment that promotes social interaction, reduces feelings of loneliness, and improves overall wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and our care team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of resident activity participation

The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 - £36,000 per year, which includes our sector-leading benefits and rewards package.
