Care Programmes Coordinator

As a Resident Experience Specialist at CV-Library, you will be responsible for creating engaging care programmes that promote social interaction and wellbeing among our residents. Your primary focus will be on developing activities tailored to every interest and ability.
This is an extremely rewarding role that requires strong planning and communication skills to build relationships with residents, their families, and our care team. You will work closely with our care staff to develop activity programmes that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in Surrey. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that promotes social interaction, reduces feelings of loneliness, and improves overall wellbeing.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 - £37,000 per year, which includes our sector-leading benefits and rewards package.
