Resident Care and Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Resident Care and Support Coordinator to join our care team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the care and support of our residents, working closely with the clinical team to ensure their needs are met.

You will be required to supervise and inspire a team of dedicated care assistants, supporting them in their roles and ensuring they deliver the highest standards of care. You will also be involved in supporting the clinical team in specific areas, such as care planning and reviews.

To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualised care and support.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package, including:
