Care Support Specialist

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You'll also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
We value the dignity and preferences of our residents, creating an environment that's warm, welcoming and vibrant.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We require knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for individuals who are committed to providing individualised care and support. Ongoing training opportunities will allow you to develop your career with us.
