As an Activities Assistant, you'll work under the leadership of the Wellbeing Coach and become the person that residents, families, and colleagues know as the one who makes things happen.

You'll support with arranging wellbeing activities on a weekly and monthly schedule for our community, getting to know our residents and finding out what makes them happy as individuals. One day, you might arrange a trip to enjoy ice creams at the seaside, lunch at the pub, or a birthday celebration with family and mini-golf in the garden.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate wellbeing activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive living environment
  • Support colleagues with their own wellbeing and inspire a team-focused approach to delivering exceptional care
