Care Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Care Manager to lead our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking. As a key member of the ward management team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and overseeing the delivery of services.
The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC pin number, experience working with service users with personality disorder, and knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and the latest nursing practices.
As a Nursing Care Manager, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure consistently high standards of clinical care and documentation. You will also participate in unit coordinator rota system and provide support to staff through debriefs, appraisals, and training.
A competitive salary of £38,000 - £58,000 per annum is on offer, along with benefits such as 50% NMC registration renewal paid by Cygnet, free meals, and EAP support.
