Senior Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Nursing Specialist to join our care home team in Woking, Surrey. As a senior member of the care team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration, a good understanding of clinical practices, and experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. Additionally, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
