Job Purpose

As a key member of our Fleet Support Centre team, you will be responsible for making bookings for our fleet customers into Autocentres and dispatching Mobile Technicians. Your primary goal will be to ensure our fleet business customers receive exceptional service by liaising with technicians and Centre managers, and assisting the account management team with routine queries.

Job Context

You will be based at our Fleet Support Centre in Stockport, reporting to the Fleet Contact Centre Manager. You will work on a rota basis between 6 am and 8 pm (Monday to Sunday), including but not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Answering inbound phone traffic
  • Answering emails
  • Accurate data entry
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Updating progress of bookings on multiple customer platforms
  • Liaising with operational colleagues
  • Liaising with the account management team
Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Make bookings in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries
  • Work effectively with the account management team and operational colleagues
  • Update progress of bookings on multiple customer platforms
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • An entry-level understanding of the Microsoft Office package
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and a positive outlook
  • Resilience and determination
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm
  • An inquisitive mind and attention to detail
Desirable Skills

While not essential, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Customer service experience in a contact centre environment
  • Good keyboard skills
  • KPI-driven and industry knowledge
