As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management function by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational targets and maximise rental returns while managing property risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all elements of our property portfolio and associated activities, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and evaluating new properties for potential inclusion in our portfolio
  • Analyzing market trends to inform investment decisions
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase rental income and reduce vacancies

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, annual bonus, access to our pension scheme, life assurance, private healthcare, employee discounts, and the opportunity to purchase additional holiday time.
