We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to lead our Estates Team in delivering key services to residents and growing our real estate portfolio income. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and valuing our extensive property estate, comprising 2,979 interests.

As a senior member of the Estates Team, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a Strategic Asset Management Plan and delivering on the Council's projects and programmes. You will have the opportunity to work at pace with enthusiasm and professionalism, engaging with and influencing key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of mixed portfolios and be able to maximise revenues and take strategic decisions to benefit the estate. A competitive salary range of £52,647 - £56,755 SCP 44-47, depending on experience, is on offer, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the organisation.
