About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property and Estates Manager to join our team in the South West region. As a key member of our Property Directorate, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including Prisons and Probation facilities.

**Role Overview:**

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize property performance and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work closely with technical teams to validate and audit service delivery.
  • Manage supplier issues and complaints effectively.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience in property and Facilities Management disciplines.
  • Demonstrated compliance with statutory, regulatory, and professional requirements.
  • Hold a NEBOSH qualification or be willing to work towards it.
  • Fully qualified driver with a valid UK license.
