We are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to join our team at Associated British Ports. As the UK's largest ports operator, we have a network of 21 ports across Britain and a vast range of roles spanning the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the management function by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational targets and maximise rental returns whilst managing property risks.
  • Understanding all elements of ABP's property portfolio and associated activities in accordance with legislative requirements.
Requirements:
  • A 2:1 degree
  • Flexibility to travel or relocate around the UK
  • Willingness to work in the Humber region
