Real Estate Administration Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Administration Manager to join our team at Legal Southwest. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administration of residential conveyancing transactions, including taking instructions from clients, preparing contract packs, reviewing title papers and search results, and liaising with lenders and agents. The successful candidate will have experience in residential conveyancing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the administration of residential conveyancing transactions
* Taking instructions from clients and preparing contract packs
* Reviewing title papers and search results to ensure accuracy
* Liaising with lenders and agents to facilitate the conveyancing process
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential conveyancing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have a strong understanding of the legal requirements surrounding property transactions and be able to provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
