About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Administration Apprentice.

This comprehensive training program will equip you with various aspects of office administration, while you contribute to our daily operations.

As an apprentice, you'll work at South Devon College and gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting.

The successful candidate will receive regular training and support to achieve a 2-year Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support general office duties, including filing, data entry, document management, and administrative tasks.
  • Answer phone calls, direct enquiries to relevant departments, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the helpdesk to improve job planning, communication, and scheduling processes.
  • Manage company information on third-party client portals and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate office supplies, ensure equipment is functioning correctly, and implement efficient office processes.
Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
